  Somehow they have been out of what I wanted two times in a row. Being out of one drink is understandable but out of all refreshers?! Wait time can be long as well. Very spacious inside though.

  Big and spacious, nice atmosphere. The bathroom is kind of smelly. There are so many workers, but they all say, hold on, and keep doing whatever they are doing. Which would be fine, if three of them didn't do that to me in a row in a five minute period. I waited quite awhile for my drinks, and when I wanted a water afterwards, the lady totally ignored me as I stood there for a minute or so. My husband goes there often in the morning and they never remember his name. It's just not personable.

  Relaxing atmosphere, people are friendly. Coffee is pricey but coffee is always pricey good customer service is always #1 for me and this small town Starbucks has great customer service.
